The residence is a new and modern complex with 38 furnished holiday lodgings. Every apartment has 65 m² and is fully-equipped with a voluminous kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. Apartments on the ground floor provide spacious porches and private gardens, while guests on the first floor enjoy the seaside view from their balconies.
